01. HULL AND SUPERSTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
Hull will be built using AH 36 High Strength Steel. Superstructure will be built using
aluminum alloy AA5083 H321 plates and 6082 T6 alloy for extruded stiffeners and large
extrusion on decks and sides.
OUTFITTING
Anchor windlasses 2 x vertical windlasses, each with a wildcat gypsy and capstan
driven by an electric motor.
Anchors 2 x HHP (High Holding Power) anchors, made of galvanised steel, fully
balanced, with swivel; weight in accordance with Classification Society requirements.
Chains 2 x U3 high tensile steel deep hot galvanised chains with stud link. Size and
length will be according to Classification Society requirements.
Capstans 2 x electric capstans on the aft deck, capable to rotate in both directions, due
to be operated with deck-mounted push buttons.
Cranes A jet-ski and tender’s launch and recover system will be installed as showed in
the GA plan. The system will be hydraulically operated, with a lifting capacity of max
2500 kg. A SOLAS approved crane will be installed on the fore deck to launch the
rescue boat, max. capacity 1000 kg.

In the accommodation areas the air conditioning system will be based on treated

Main power system will be 400 V AC 50 Hz, 3 ph (with neutral) for main equipment, and
230 V AC 50 Hz, 1 ph for small users.
Shore power connection is assured by an AC 200 kV A converter fitted with seamless
transfer device.

Walls
Guests interior: linings will be veneer or lacquered, covered with fabric or leather,
according to the Interior Designer’s specification.
Crew interior: linings will be covered with oak wood veneer.
Galley: linings will be lacquered or wood veneer.
Floors
Guests interior: wood and vinyl floors will be fitted according to the relevant “Floor
plan” and “Marble and stone plan” (refer to full tech specification); carpets will have
underlay and will be stretched.
Crew interior: wood and vinyl floors will be fitted according to the relevant “Floor plan”
(refer to the full tech specification).
Shower floors
Guests area: lacquered panels will be fitted in showers and baths walls, except where
marble is specified in the relevant “Marble Plan” (refer to full tech specification).
Ceiling
Guests interior: ceilings will be made of plywood panels fitted with Fit-Lock and will
be removable where necessary; ceilings panels will be veneer, lacquered, or lined with
fabric or leather.
Crew interior: ceilings will be made of plywood panels fitted with screwed hidden
platesor Fit-Lock and will be removable where necessary; ceiling panels will be lined
with synthetic leather or lacquered.
Doors Guests interior: doors will be made of double plywood sandwich panels (except
for fire doors), and will be lacquered or veneered.
