To select a suitable yacht at a fair price is not as easy as to tell about it. Improper organization of yacht search and formulation of selection criteria may severely slow down the search process and make it absolutely inefficient.
Profound mutual understanding between a customer and broker is very important. If this understanding is achieved, the stage of yacht search will be fast and pleasant, and your expectations will be satisfied in a fullest manner. |

A normal situation is as follows: you apply independently to several brokers, repeatedly express your desires, and each of the brokers duplicates them by setting forth to the same owners of yachts and shipyards constructing yachts. As a result a false market is created, and also skeptical attitude is formed with sellers who have received similar requests from various sources. The outcome of it is that you lose a possibility to get most interesting proposals.
A most reasonable way out of this situation is to sign an exclusive contract for a search with one broker only. This is exactly what we offer you.
A good yacht broker must be able to quickly make you familiar with a large number of proposals in the market, combine your requirements with really existing yachts thus saving months or years of your yachting lifetime and substantial sums for purchasing an applicable boat. |

We start with a private conversation to realize your yacht experience and your views on the subject of yacht purchasing. Then a formal list of questions is made, and answers to them will determine general parameters of a yacht you are looking for. After that we study yachts offered presently in the market and create an initial pool of proposals for you prepared in the form of a general description and several photographs for each vessel.
After considering this information on the basis of customer's response we reconsider yacht initial parameters and implement a comprehensive search including contacts with owners of yachts which at the moment are not put up for sale, make contacts with the leading world brokers and shipyards. This process is going on until we find a yacht, which will ideally comply with your requirements.
Having selected a specific yacht we study market prices, history of similar yacht sales to assess the approximation of a proposed value. Jointly with a customer we plan the strategy of the negotiations and desired results and formulate a contract on the purchase proposed to a present owner of the yacht. When the contract is made, we organize tests of the yacht and all necessary inspections of the mechanical portion, electrical equipment, navigation features, engine and hull.
Based on the results of the inspections we conduct a next session of the negotiations to determine the final conditions of yacht purchase. |
