This nicely kept, non-chartered Sun Odyssey 44i, launched in 2011 and named “Brosel”, combines sailing performance with elegance and indulgent comfort. Sun Odyssey 44i is one of the most popular yachts in the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey line of cruising sailboats.
This boat is the four cabin/two head version. Right now she has three generous cabins (bow cabin is a master bedroom; joining two bow cabins into one cabin). The cockpit (with teak floor) is expansive with a large teak cockpit table perfect for relaxing at anchor. The twin steering wheels provide the perfect vantage point for helm control and give easy access to the stern. This boat is currently configured with the shoal keel (5'4").
She is perfectly equipped for a circumnavigation and life aboard. Owners, who have sailed from Europe to the USA and back, regret of the necessity of selling her. This is what her Owner, a German sailor, says: “Our boat is in very good and clean conditions. We lived on our boat in the last three years. We sailed in 2013 from Croatia to USA and back this year. Now we have to go back to work and earning money again. We will not have enough time for sailing in the future. This is the reason for selling our "loved home"… It was a hard decission because of the fact that we will loose a whole lot of money, comparing to what we have payed, but thats the way things go.
