Trawler style motor yacht.

A large saloon and dining area, containing leather sofas, BOSE entertainment system, dining table for 6 and desk/work area, all totally rebuilt in 1997

Large galley with domestic appliances including electric cook top, oven, dishwasher and large fridge, all rebuilt 1997.

Separate pilothouse with modern electronics and comfortable seating.

Upstairs from the pilothouse is the flybridge, which is bigger than most 25m boats. Here there is a large seating area, gas grill bbq, full control station with most instruments repeated and large open sunbathing and storage space.

Below decks, there are 3 cabins in front of the engine room and 1 aft of the engine room. The aft cabin is the master and was totally rebuilt in 1997 with queen size walk around bed, separate bathroom and lots of storage. The engine room is full standing room with lots of space to work around the machinery. Forward of the engine room there are 2 double cabins each with their own bathroom and a cabin with 2 singles bunks and a bathroom. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and water maker.

Comments:

from 1995 onwards the boat has been almost totally refitted and most of the original equipment has been replaced. The entire boat was repainted with Alwgrip in 2000. The engines are in very good condition and have just had a 15,000 Euro overhaul with new hoses, starter motors, alternators and all components removed and cleaned.

The boat has everything you need for a comfortable life and all systems are well set up and maintained.
