Причина продажы - нехватка времени у владельца на пользование ею. Владелец - частное лицо, пользовался яхтой исключительно лично, не сдавал её в аренду.

В 2005 году был проведен полный технический осмотр яхты и последующая модернизация на сумму около 270 тысяч евро.

После этого яхта была на ходу около 70 часов.
