In 2015 year full service have been done on CLAUDIUS. Underwater hull, interior and exterior.
At the end of refit independent Survey Report have been done at 15th of May 2015. And some more things from report have been carefully done. Everything will be finished until 10th of June 2015. CLAUDIUS looks after this refit like a brand new yacht.
There aren't many super yachts like the Claudius representing the spirit of the age any better: The owner's refuge, completely separated from the guest area, allows for the highest possible degree of privacy on the upper deck, even on longer trips but, if desired, he can be entirely at his guests' disposal: On these occasions the focus will be on the large pantry in the guest area with professional features that would bring honor even to premium starred restaurants and where not only the chef but the owner himself as well as his guests could lend a hand with if desired. Front cooking as a maritime yachting experience is supposed to strengthen the community spirit based on the well-known wisdom that the best place is always where the meals are being prepared. And the Claudius is returning this piece of primordial, traditional sociability to its owner. The 42-meter yacht, built at the Horizon wharf in Taiwan, is propelled by two forceful MTU diesel engines with 1,370 HP each, obtaining their power from five diesel tanks spread over the vessel with a total volume of 40,000 liters. Stabilizers equalize nearly every wave, even in rough sea and, due to a "zero speed" setting, ensure smooth berthing at anchor or at the landing stage and additionally fostered by the ship's weight of 270 tons.
