Yacht description Grand Banks 47 Europa «GB Albatros»

The boat is still in Singapore where it was built. But in a few time will be delivered to Mediterranean by RoRo vessel. The cost of delivery about $50K.

Building process personally supervised by the owner from the beginning. Available appropriate photos. Experienced owner for him it's second Grand Banks. Maximum set of options, but nothing useless, everything for comfortable navigation and comfort on board.

The boat used for 1-3 days family cruises. 1 times visited Phuket and a few times to the eastern Malaysian island. For sale due to the fact that the family looked all around and not interested to sail any more. And the owner has another boat in 31' for single sailing and fishing. The yacht has a permanent servismen who professionally maintain it. Every 2 weeks dive to clean underwater hull. New antifouling made at October 2010. Anodes on the engine and hull change regularly as needed.

Boat in really excellent condition, almost all warranties apply - for engines still one year (3 years total). The hull has a many years manufacturer's warranty. Normally operated in cruising mode at 9-10 knots - the consumption of 20 liters per hour and the engine can not be heard at 1200 rpm. Full speed about 24 knots - consumption 180 l/h RPM 2600. When stabilizers is on the boat like a train without board pitching. Best economy/haste mode - 2100 rpm 19 knots 120 l/h. Most economical 900 rpm 7 knots 10 l/h. You can go to idle 600 rpm 5 knots with consumption less than 7 l/h. Stabilizers make an effect when 5+ knots. Almost all sailings was at 2008-2009. Boat launched in July 2008.
