At the Damian McLaughlin Jr.Corporation the primary focus is construction of new boats. In addition we do store a few boats and do some specialized restoration, modification, and repair.

We can accomodate vessels to fifty feet LOA and fourteen feet BOA. Although the physical plant may seem small, the capabilities are not. The overhead has been kept to a minimum while maintaining the space and equipment to service all of the many disciplines necessary for the completion of a custom boat. Within our shop we constantly draw on knowledge of lofting, woodwork, machining, welding, foundrywork, fiberglassing, electrical work, plumbing, mechanics, painting, varnishing, rigging.. In addition to the above we have a network of experienced design, engineering, marine and computer professionals that we work with as necessary.

Production boat builders often may have difficulty adapting to the unique requirements of custom designs. Our business is building unique boats. We are constantly drawing on our experience in this discipline to bring innovation and efficiency to all phases of the design and the construction of each new custom boat.
